animation - Splitting a long subtitle line into 1s ones? -

i need split on 2-minute line in subtitle multiple smaller 1 second long ones (retaining text). reason is, when soft-coded mkv, video players don't load line when seeking past starting time.

subtitle edit seems allow splitting line 2 parts @ time.
